ATTORNEY KELLY J. M. QUARDOKUS

Kelly J. McNerney Quardokus is the principal attorney and owner of Q Elderlaw PLC and has been practicing in the area of elder law for more than a decade in both a large and small boutique firm environment. Before entering private practice, Ms. Quardokus spent more than 14 years working for several statewide nonprofit organizations such as the Michigan State Bar Foundation, Michigan Office of the State Long Term Care Ombudsman, State Bar of Michigan, and Western Michigan

Legal Services. She continues to remain active statewide and locally to advocate for vulnerable populations, especially seniors and people with disabilities. Ms. Quardokus is active in the State Bar’s Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, serving as previous chair of the Section and past chair of the Legislative Committee for several years. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Supporting Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. Ms. Quardokus serves as chair of the Older Adult Services Advisory Council for Kalamazoo County; is on the governing board for Lending Hands of Michigan; and is a member of the Kalamazoo County Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition and Kalamazoo County Advocates for Senior Issues.
